Overview

The journal follows a rigorous and transparent double-blind peer review process to ensure the publication of high-quality, original, and ethically sound research in the field of education.

All submissions are evaluated based on scholarly merit, originality, methodological rigor, relevance, and contribution to the advancement of educational research.


Type of Peer Review

The journal adopts a Double-Blind Peer Review System, meaning:

  • The identities of authors are concealed from reviewers.

  • The identities of reviewers are concealed from authors.

This ensures fairness, objectivity, and unbiased evaluation.


Peer Review Process

1. Initial Editorial Screening

  • Manuscripts are first reviewed by the Editor-in-Chief or Associate Editor.

  • The manuscript is checked for:

    • Scope alignment

    • Formatting compliance

    • Ethical standards

    • Plagiarism (using similarity detection software)

Manuscripts failing to meet basic requirements may be rejected without external review.


2. Reviewer Assignment

  • Suitable manuscripts are assigned to at least two independent expert reviewers.

  • Reviewers are selected based on:

    • Subject expertise

    • Research publications

    • Academic experience


3. Review Evaluation Criteria

Reviewers evaluate manuscripts based on:

  • Originality and novelty

  • Relevance to educational research

4. Editorial Decision

Based on reviewer reports, the editorial decision may be:

  • Reject

Final decisions are made by the Editor-in-Chief.


Review Timeline

  • Initial Screening: 1–2 days

  • Peer Review Process: 1–2 weeks

  • Final Decision: Within 2 days (average)

Revision Policy

  • Authors must respond to each reviewer comment clearly.

  • A revised manuscript must include a response-to-reviewers document.

  • Failure to resubmit within the given deadline may lead to withdrawal.
