Author Guidelines

1. Aim & Scope

The journal publishes high-quality, original research in all areas of education including (but not limited to):

Manuscripts must demonstrate originality, scholarly rigor, and relevance to contemporary educational research and practice.


2. Types of Manuscripts Accepted

We welcome the following categories:

  • Original Research Articles 

  • Review Articles / Systematic Reviews 

  • Case Studies Short Communications 

  • Book Reviews 

Word limits include references, tables, and figures.


3. Manuscript Preparation Guidelines

Language

  • Manuscripts must be written in clear academic English.

  • Authors whose first language is not English are encouraged to use professional editing services.

File Format

  • Submit manuscripts in Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx),PDF format.

  • Use Times New Roman, 12-point font.

  • Double spacing.

  • 1-inch margins on all sides.


4. Structure of the Manuscript

Manuscripts should be organized as follows:

Title Page

  • Title (concise and informative)

  • Author(s) full name

  • Institutional affiliation

  • ORCID ID (if available)

  • Corresponding author email

  • Abstract (150–250 words)

  • 4–6 Keywords

Main Text

  1. Introduction

  2. Literature Review

  3. Methodology

  4. Results

  5. Discussion

  6. Conclusion

  7. Acknowledgments (if applicable)

  8. Funding Information

  9. Conflict of Interest Statement

    5.Publication Fees (Article Processing Charges – APC)

    To support the editorial process, peer review management, online hosting, archiving, and indexing services, the journal charges an Article Processing Charge (APC) upon acceptance of the manuscript.

    For Indian Authors

    • ₹ 2,000/- (Indian Rupees Two Thousand Only)

    • Applicable per accepted manuscript.

    For Foreign Authors

    • USD 100 (One Hundred US Dollars Only)

    • Applicable per accepted manuscript.


    Important Notes

    • APC is charged only after the manuscript is accepted following peer review.

    • There are no submission charges.

    • Payment instructions will be shared by the Editorial Office after acceptance.

    • The APC covers:

      • Peer review processing

      • DOI assignment

      • Online publication

      • Website hosting and maintenance

      • Digital archiving


    6. Tables and Figures

    • Must be numbered consecutively (Table 1, Figure 1).

    • Provide clear titles and source notes.

    • Submit figures in high resolution (300 dpi).

    • Authors must obtain permission for copyrighted materials.


    7. Ethical Guidelines

    The journal strictly follows international publication ethics standards.

    • Manuscripts must be original and unpublished.

    • Research involving human participants must include ethical approval details.

    • Informed consent must be stated where applicable.


    8. Peer Review Process

    • All manuscripts undergo double-blind peer review.

    • Initial editorial screening.

    • Review by at least two independent experts.

    • Decision categories:

      • Accept

      • Minor Revision

      • Major Revision

      • Reject

    Average review time: 2–4 weeks.


    9. Submission Process

    • Manuscripts must be submitted through the journal’s online submission system.

    • Authors will receive confirmation within 48 hours.

    • Revised manuscripts must be submitted within the specified deadline.
